These terms describe responsible use of Earnings Signal, including its Pro subscription. The platform is informational and educational and is not a substitute for professional advice.
Permitted use
You may use the site for personal research, education and evaluation. You must not misrepresent Earnings Signal's model-generated forecasts as official company guidance, verified market data or investment advice, or redistribute them as if they were.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account.
Subscriptions and billing
Earnings Signal Pro is billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Statistical estimates
Forecasts, confidence values and prediction intervals are statistical estimates that may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
No investment advice
Nothing in Earnings Signal constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax or trading advice. The platform does not issue buy, sell or hold recommendations.
No guarantees
No model performance, investment return, outcome or uninterrupted service is guaranteed. Users remain responsible for their own research and decisions.
Acceptable conduct
Do not interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use the platform to mislead others.
Changes
Features, forecast data and these terms may change as the platform develops. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated review date on this page.
